How Does Kasasa® Work?
Simple things like using your debit card and receiving eStatements save you time and make life easier. Those small changes also help save us some money. We can then pump that money back into the community — and to pay you rewards!
Qualifying for rewards is so easy, you're probably already doing it! It's as simple as doing the following each monthly qualification cycle:
- Have at least 12 check card purchases post and settle
- Be enrolled and receive eStatement notice
- Be enrolled and log into online banking
If you don't meet the qualifications one month, don't worry. There is no penalty, and you still have a free checking account. Plus, you can get right back to earning cash back and nationwide ATM fee refunds the very next month.
Check the Qualification Cycles
*When monthly qualifications are met, you receive 2% cash back on debit card purchases that post to and settle account during monthly qualification cycle up to a total cash back of $10 per monthly qualification cycle. Qualifying transactions must post to and settle account during monthly qualification cycle. Transactions may take one or more business days from the date transaction was made to post to and settle account. Business days exclude weekends and Federal holidays. ATM-processed transactions do not count towards qualifying debit card transactions. "Monthly Qualification Cycle" means a period beginning one day prior to the first day of the next statement cycle through two days prior to the close of that statement cycle. Domestic ATM fees incurred during qualification cycle will be reimbursed up to a limit of $20 per cycle if qualifications are met within the monthly qualification cycle. ATM receipt must be presented for reimbursement of an individual ATM fee of $5.00 or higher. All balances in Kasasa Cash Back will earn 0.05% APY whether or not qualifications are met. If you choose to link your Kasasa Cash Back to a Kasasa Saver Account, all rewards will be transferred to the Saver on the day after the close of the qualification cycle.
