Board of Directors Election Update
On January 19, 2023, the Board approved the Nominating Committee’s candidate nominations. As there were no other candidate applicants and there is only one nominee for each open board seat, the election will be by acclamation at the annual meeting on March 16, 2023.
The three candidates/incumbents are:
- William Lovelace
- Sherwood Ramsey
- John Smolenski
