Account Funding

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Destinations Credit Union Member!

If you would like to fund your account through PayPal, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the blue link below*You will be notified that you are heading to a third-party website, press the blue “ok” button.
  2. Press “Send
  3. If you have a PayPal account, you will need to log in. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, you will need to establish one in order to proceed.
  4. Type in the amount to send to open your membership. *There is a minimum deposit of $5.00 per share account (Savings &/or Checking).
  5. Add a note that contains Your name and New Account. (Ex. Mary Smith – New Account).
  6. Press blue  “Continue“ button.
  7. Review the screen that displays. If everything is correct, press “Send Payment Now”.
  8. You should receive a message stating that “You’ve sent $ to Destinations Credit Union”, this means the funding process is complete.

Our CPA firm, Yount, Hyde & Barbour, P.C. (YHB) is conducting a member verification as part of the annual audit of the Credit Union. If your account is selected for confirmation, a letter will be mailed from YHB's Winchester Virginia office, and will request that you respond to that same address using a postage - paid self - addressed envelope. We encourage you to respond to this confirmation request to ensure an efficient audit process. Thank you for your cooperation.
